From the use of coriander to create a pleasant spicy character to rock Candi sugar to increase the sugar the yeast needs to create alcohol to the yeast itself this beer is all Belgian all the time. It also has another trait unique to Belgian beers and that is that it hides its strong abv well. So, at 9.5% abv one must enjoy responsibly.
